The RoleyPoley Trust (RPT) was incorporated as a charitable society on 20.10.2020 (Company Number 11823949) and is the brainchild of Richard Forster, RPT Operations Director (and Joint Operations Ltd’s Managing Director) and Joe Perriman, RPT Chairman. The other two Trustees are Iryada Ashmore, RPT Finance Director (and J.O. Head of Finance) and Simon Coles, RPT Overseas Charitable Prospects Director (and J.O. Chief Commercial Officer, Director and Co-Founder International) who both bring a wealth of experience to supporting the aims of the RPT.
The RPT’s constitution calls for the advancement of: Environmental protection and improvement, including preservation and conservation of the natural environment and the promotion of sustainable development; of animal welfare including the prevention or suppression of cruelty to animals or the preservation or relief of suffering by animals; prevention or relief of sickness, disease, or human suffering, as well as the promotion of health, and the saving of lives by the provision of items, services and facilities to ease the suffering or assist the recovery of people who are sick, convalescent, disabled or infirm.
The RPT Trustees provide their services completely free of charge and are entrusted with making regular proactive and reactive donations to organisations that comply with our Grant Making Policies and Criteria.
